Planning

• The main ingredient or idea for our planning comes from the children themselves. We observe the class to see discover their interests and then prepare a topic centered around our observation. Not all the children will have the same interests of course, but you go with the majority and cleverly and creatively incorporate other children’s interests into the topic, so you cater for all.
• This creates a child-initiated topic and will be included in all teacher-led activities.
