7.5 Setting a Child’s Individual Target
Setting a Child’s Individual Target
- As each child is unique – so should their individual target be.
- It should be linked to the curriculum/objective
- It must be measurable- evidence of the child not achieving the target in the form of a small video (if language) or photograph.
- Knowledge should be shared with all the EYP’s in the classroom so they may support and take evidence.
- Target should be shared with the Parents in order they can both support and share with the teacher if their child has /is achieving what was set at home.
